The folks at EA Sports say it's been 10 years since they modified the passing system in Madden football. Apparently that was long enough so for Madden 06 they're introducing what they call the new "QB Vision Control".

It'll let you scan the field, "look off" defenders, and make perfect passes within the QB's simulated field of vision. "QB Precision Placement" will let you put the ball exactly where you want it.

You'll be able to lead the receiver into the open or throw a jump ball and let him go get it. Sounds cool, we can't wait.
